Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ViniOffice website and platform provided by ViniByte Internest Solutions Pvt Ltd. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data belonging to other organizations, disrupt the service, or use it to violate any law or third-party right.
Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you store in the platform. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process the employee data you upload.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed per active employee on the cadence shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices published on the website are illustrative until confirmed in an order.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and secure but provide it "as is" without warranties except those that cannot be excluded by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination we make your data available for export for a limited period before deletion.
