Account details (name, work email, company), usage and device data from our website, and any information you submit through forms. For customer organizations, we process the employee data those customers choose to store in the platform.
How we use data
To provide and secure the service, respond to enquiries, process billing, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
Security
We isolate each organization's data at the database level, enforce role-based access control, encrypt sensitive fields, and maintain an audit trail of sensitive actions. Access to production data is limited and logged.
Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes. Customer data is retained per the customer agreement and deleted on request following termination.
