Most companies outgrow spreadsheets long before they can afford a sprawling enterprise HR suite. In between, people teams end up juggling a dozen disconnected tools — one for leave, another for onboarding, a shared drive for documents, and email for approvals.
ViniOffice exists to close that gap. We put employee records, onboarding, leave, attendance, payroll, performance, recognition and recruiting on one foundation, with a single login, one permission model and one audit trail. Security is built in from the start.
We're building it out of India, for teams here first, and growing outward from there. Small team, built carefully, shipping in the open.
