ViniOffice brings the whole employee journey into one secure place, so growing companies can run people operations without running a dozen separate tools.
Most companies outgrow spreadsheets long before they can afford a sprawling enterprise HR suite. In between, people teams end up juggling a dozen disconnected tools — one for leave, another for onboarding, a shared drive for documents, and email for approvals.
ViniOffice exists to close that gap. Employee records, leave and attendance are live today on one foundation — a single login, one permission model, one audit trail. Onboarding, payroll, performance, expenses and recruiting land on that same foundation rather than beside it. Security is built in from the start, not added at enterprise tier.
We're building it out of India, for teams here first, and growing outward from there. Small team, built carefully, shipping in the open.
